PTO Membership Information

Why join the South Davis PTO?

Your financial support helps us to provide many valued services for you and your children such as in-school programs, teacher/staff appreciation, and family activities. 

 

Some examples of events and activities sponsored by the PTO:

  • Mr. Morton's animal visits
  • Sunrise Ecology nature education 
  • D.A.R.E. program
  • Seasonal family events
  • Teacher/staff appreciation days
  • Playground/building equipment
  • Teacher classroom grants
  • Principal discretionary fund

Your participation also helps strengthen the connection between school and home, and furthers the cooperation between parents, teachers, and staff. With your membership, you will have access to our online member directory and to members-only email updates and website information.

Do I need to volunteer or attend meetings?

No! Although we welcome volunteers and have many different ways to get involved, there is no volunteer requirement. Similarly, members are encouraged but not required to attend our monthly PTO meetings. (Volunteering at events and attending PTO meetings are a great way to meet other parents!)

How do I become a member?

Click the button below to create a new account (or log in to an existing account) and complete the PTO Membership Form. The annual membership fee is $5 per year for a family. The fee can be paid online with a credit card or by sending in a check to school with your child.
